20 hours...

So I just want to start how by saying how incredible it has been to see the way the Lord has provided funds for this trip, and many other things.
I am so thankful for my family who has supported me 100% even though they really don’t want me to go.

I am also thankful for people who have been praying, that is really the most important thing! I do ask for prayer, not only for me, but for the other students. I’m hoping I won’t have to fly through any of this bad weather everyone is getting hit with, but I bet some of the students will have to. So prayers for traveling mercies, for just the time there, that we’ll all be open for what the Lord has, for the outreach trips, and just the right hearts.

I probably haven’t really explained exactly what I am doing. So here goes. I am going here to Hungary, to Calvary Chapel Bible College for a semester of this program Basically I’ll be taking a bunch of different Bible classes, then I’ll have a 10 day outreach, then a 30 day outreach. If you have been following me since way back when, you’ll know I actually have been here before, for this program back in 08. It was an incredible 6 six weeks, and that is when I found out about the MTP. I have been praying about going back ever since. I have always loved missions, which have been something the Lord has put on my heart for a while. So what the Lord has in store I really don’t know, whether it be me serving in a church helping out with missions, maybe taking youth on trips, because I would really like to get involved with some youth, maybe short term, maybe full time, I really don’t know. But He knows, and He has a plan.

Honestly, I’m terrified. I haven’t really voiced that much. But it’s the honest truth. I’ve been praying saying Lord, I can’t do this… and He reminded me that no, on my own I cannot. But through HIM I can, and only by Him alone. Only by His strength will I be able to step on that plane tomorrow and leave America for 3+ months. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

So tomorrow I'm off, praying for this weather to clear off!
And I still can't get over how cold it is!

I'd better go make sure I have everything I need, then try and get some sleep. Next post will be from Hungary!!
